Do I need AI or technical experience?
No. iThryvAI handles design, implementation, platform management and ongoing support. You need relationships, not code.
What if I'm not a salesperson?
You don't need to be. Many partners simply introduce businesses they already know and let us run the discovery conversation.
Do I invoice clients or provide support?
No. Clients contract with and pay iThryvAI directly, and our team provides all technical support.
Is there a minimum sales target?
No. Your level is based on active clients, not quotas.
Can I refer my existing clients?
Yes. Most partners start with businesses they already work with.
Which industries suit this?
Professional services, trades, healthcare, property, legal, education, hospitality and most service businesses that rely on enquiries and appointments.
How quickly can I start?
As soon as your application is approved and onboarding is complete.
How and when am I paid?
Eligible margins on fees actually collected in the previous calendar month are paid on the 15th, subject to reconciliation. Margins exclude GST, refunds, usage, third-party software, pass-through costs and advertising spend.
Can I offer clients a discount?
No. Client pricing is standardised to protect value for everyone. You grow your income by moving up partner levels, not by discounting. Unapproved discounting may void margin attribution.
What do clients pay?
The recommended starting point is the Growth AI Digital Employee: an $11,900 build plus $1,100 a month (ex GST). Starter and Business options are also available.
